ARLINGTON, Va. - The board of directors of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) has elected Tim Kraus, president of Manitowoc Ice, and Daniel L. Ellis, president of ClimateMaster, to serve as directors-at-large.

The new directors-at-large were elected at the recent board meeting to fill the remaining terms of Eric Evans, from Copeland Corp., and Daniel W. Holmes Jr., from Morrison Products Inc., who resigned as ARI directors-at-large.

Kraus' term expires in November 2005, while Ellis' term expires in November 2006.

The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute is a trade association representing manufacturers of more than 90 percent of North American-produced central air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment.
