DALLAS - Residential Systems, a division of American Standard Companies, announced that it would allow its Trane and American Standard dealers to apply co-op funds to membership in the Service Roundtable, a private contractor group serving the HVAC and plumbing industries.

"Residential Systems has a long track record of providing our dealers with outstanding support," said Dave Pannier, president. "We see the Service Roundtable as another element in our dealer support efforts. A large number of Trane and American Standard dealers are already members of the group and speak very highly of it."

According to Pannier, one advantage of the Service Roundtable is its universal appeal. "It's affordable by all of our dealers and we see this as an opportunity to learn from one another and share best practices with the goal of raising the level of professionalism in our industry," added Pannier.

"Residential Systems is taking a leadership position in support of contractors," said Service Roundtable CEO Matt Michel. "It will pay off with more successful dealers, more sales, and greater loyalty."
