DALLAS - Nordyne, a leading HVAC equipment manufacturer with a number of well-known brands (including Maytag, Frigidaire, Tappan, and Westinghouse), and the Service Roundtable, a private contractor group, have announced a contractor support alliance.

"Nordyne is a great company," said Service Roundtable CEO Matt Michel. "While they offer some of America's best known brands, they recognize that their ultimate success depends on building a strong dealer base. They get it. They see the contractor as an important partner and are committed to helping their dealers succeed."

"We really checked out the Service Roundtable's program," said Drew Fitzgerald, Nordyne's vice president of Sales & Marketing. "We're always interested in programs that will help our dealers improve their marketing, sales, and profitability. Service Roundtable provides solid information to help dealers be more successful."

While the details of the alliance are still being finalized, the Service Roundtable did announce that it will offer customized Nordyne content within its Web site. Nordyne will recommend the Service Roundtable to its dealers.
