WOODSTOCK, Ill. - Henry Technologies Inc. and Hendricks Holdings Company Inc. have announced that Hendricks Holdings has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Henry Technologies. Hendricks Holdings, of Beloit, Wis., is owned by Ken and Diane Hendricks.

Henry Technologies, headquartered in Woodstock, Ill., is a 91-year-old privately held manufacturer of components used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning.
