DALLAS - The Service Roundtable has announced that sales trainer Charlie Greer will offer its contractor members plumbing and HVAC sales tips, for technicians and salespeople, through the "Charlie Greer Sales Letter," at no charge.

Issued on a periodic basis, the Charlie Greer Sales Letter will focus, alternatively, on sales tips for plumbing and HVAC, and on technicians and salespeople.

"We're excited about the Charlie Greer Sales Letter," said the Service Roundtable's Matt Michel. "Charlie is an excellent writer, salesperson, and service technician. He's run calls side-by-side with salespeople and service techs from both trades all across North America. He's got a unique approach that's been extremely effective and, consequently, a large following in the service trades."

"The Sales Letters will focus on the ‘universally applicable' principles that I've applied while working as both a salesperson and service tech in plumbing and HVAC," said Greer. "We all need to be able to make a positive impression, overcome the dreaded ‘price objection,' and close sales in an honest and dignified manner. The Sales Letters will also demystify the more popular ‘myths' surrounding sales techniques and what the concept of selling is all about."

The Charlie Greer Sales Letter will be sent free of charge to members of Service Roundtable.

Greer is a Service Roundtable Consult & Coach Partner, and creator of "Tec Daddy's Service Technician Survival School on DVD" and "Charlie Greer's Sales Survival School." For more information, visit www.HVACProfitBoosters.com and www.PlumbingProfitBoosters.com.
