The Copeland Scroll™ K5 refrigeration compressor is designed for large refrigeration applications (7.5 to 15 hp). It is used for low and medium temperature applications, in both stand alone and parallel systems. The K5 incorporates two important features that deliver significant system efficiency advantages. The first is variable volume ratio technology which optimizes low condensing performance. The second is enhanced vapor injection capability for maximum capacity at low set points without having to add more or larger compressors.

Compact Undercounter Reach-in Refrigerator
The Hoshizaki America Inc. HR24A, Compact Undercounter refrigerator is a self-contained refrigeration system with a unique “ducted” air distribution system that eliminates hot spots in the interior of the cabinet and provides a uniform cabinet temperature from top to bottom, said the company. Its primary applications include kitchens, bars, outdoor patios, lunch rooms, break rooms, reception areas, nurses’ stations, and first aid stations. The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior, an aluminum interior, and is UL approved for outdoor use. It also features a LED temperature display, high and low temperature alarms, as well as a door open alarm.

Stratus Reach-In Display Cases
When designing The Stratus Reach-In product line, all stakeholders of the product were considered from the supermarket retailer to the store merchandisers to government regulators to contractors and technical support personnel down to the consumer who shops frequently in supermarkets. For supermarkets, the objective was to create a durable refrigerated display case while maintaining product integrity and using a steel base would lessen structural issues. For merchandisers, we have increased product capacity and visibility by creating more space inside the case using more specific materials and using more glass instead of metal on equipment doors. For government regulators and green initiators, energy efficient options such as LED lighting and EC motors are the standard on all STRATUS products. For consumers, we create equipment that does not obscure product views when shopping. Lastly for contractor and technical support personnel, we make small adjustments the retailer may not notice but makes installation and maintenance less complex.
