The HVAC 101 Webinar Series gives nontrade personnel a better understanding of HVACR terms, basic systems, and the visual tools they need in successful day-to-day interactions with customers and coworkers.
Every one of the Webinar-and-workbook modules includes the most fundamental industry concepts, presented in a thorough, real-world way that will help your workforce to better understand our business.
Each module consists of a 45-minute Webinar and corresponding workbook. Webinars are free to MSCA/ MCAA members, but is open to nonmembers, too. Registration is required. There is a cost for each workbook. The workbooks will be mailed prior to the corresponding Webinar.
All the Webinars in this series begin at 1 p.m. Eastern time.
