The course, offered by McQuay's Training Department, provides basic classroom instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to familiarize the student with the product features, installation requirements, and service procedures for McQuay Applied Rooftops. The emphasis of the hands-on training will be to enhance the technician’s knowledge of good service and troubleshooting practice.
Subjects covered in the class include MicroTech and MicroTech II® control systems on rooftop units, hardware components, keypad navigation, and sequence of operation; maintenance; diagnostics; drives, actuators, and compressors; and burners.
